General and Definitions

The Regulations: Formulated in the masculine gender for convenience only, but apply to all genders.

The Site: Serves as a product catalog and a remote sales store for electrical components, electronics, IoT, and related equipment (hereinafter: "the Products").

Usage: Use of the Site and any purchase therein constitute full agreement to the terms of these regulations. If you do not agree to the terms, you are requested to refrain from using the Site.
Membership and Registration

Purchasing: Purchasing on the site is intended for registered customers approved by Ignite management or occasional customers.

The Company: Reserves the exclusive right to approve or block user access to the Site, including due to violation of terms or improper conduct.

Direct Mailing: Upon registration, users may choose to join the mailing list for updates and promotions. Registration can be removed at any time by contacting customer service.
Products, Prices, and Inventory

Technical Specifications: Images on the site are for illustration purposes only. In the event of a discrepancy between the image and the written technical specifications, the technical specifications shall prevail.

Availability: Sales are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, the customer will be notified within 5 business days and offered an alternative product or a cancellation of the transaction without charge.
Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Days: Products will be delivered within up to 7 business days from the date of transaction approval by the credit card company (Sundays–Thursdays, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and public holidays).

Transport Conditions: Delivery will be provided to the doorstep of the home/business and according to the shipping company's procedures.

Self-Collection: Items can be collected from the company's offices in Haifa (21 Ben Gurion Blvd., 1st Floor) by prior appointment only, after receiving notification that the order is ready.

Delays and Changes: In case of a delay due to "Force Majeure," the customer will be given the choice between waiting, an alternative product, or canceling the transaction and receiving a refund.

Company Liability: The company will not be responsible for delays originating from the customer (unavailability for coordination, etc.).

Security Restrictions: Due to the security situation, transport companies may refuse to reach certain settlements. In such cases, an alternative delivery location will be coordinated.

Identification: Upon delivery/collection, the company may require the presence of the credit card holder and the presentation of a valid ID.
Transaction Cancellation and Returns (In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law)

Right of Cancellation: A customer may cancel a remote sales transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document (whichever is later). Senior citizens, new immigrants, and people with disabilities are entitled to 4 months to cancel the transaction (subject to law).

Cancellation Fees: For cancellations not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% (but not less than 30 NIS) will be deducted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and at the customer's expense.

Exceptions: Transactions cannot be canceled for products manufactured/cut specifically for the customer (e.g., cables cut to size), perishable products, or products that were connected to electricity/used in a way that prevents their resale as new.

Cancellation by the Company: The company may cancel an order (even if a confirmation message was sent) if:
- A good-faith error occurred in product data, description, or price.
- A significant technical malfunction occurred on the site or communication systems.
- The user did not meet their obligations (including payment or providing incorrect details).
- In the event of "Force Majeure" preventing product supply.
- In such cancellations, the customer will be refunded and will not be entitled to any further remedy or compensation.
Warranty and Service

Warranty Period: One-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Fundamental Conditions: The warranty is contingent upon full payment for the product and presentation of an invoice. Service is provided within the borders of the State of Israel only.

Warranty Terms: The warranty is valid only if installation was performed according to manufacturer instructions and in accordance with the Electricity Law and its regulations (1954). Ignite is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or installation.

Diagnosis: The company will decide at its discretion whether the diagnosis will be performed at the customer's site, the place of purchase, or a laboratory.

Charges: Ignite may demand payment for repairs, transport, or replacement if it proves, before the repair, that the fault was caused by:
- Force majeure occurring after delivery to the customer.
- Malice or negligence by the consumer, including use contrary to instructions.
- Repair performed by an unauthorized person.
- Fault caused by mechanical/electrical connection to accessories or equipment not approved by the company or non-original parts.

Exclusions: The warranty will not apply to damage from negligent installation, use contrary to instructions, lightning, floods, or an electrical network that does not meet the 50160 standard.

Grid Testing: If an electrical grid test (Standard 50160) is required and the grid is found non-compliant, the customer will be charged for the test cost.
Electronic Waste Removal
- Upon delivery of a new electrical product, the customer is entitled to hand over a similar old product for removal free of charge, provided the product is ready at the doorstep and under normal transport conditions. Extraordinary transport (high floors, etc.) will involve an additional fee in accordance with the law.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
- All intellectual property rights (trade secrets, patents, designs, code) belong to Ignite. It is forbidden to copy, distribute, or use the information without prior written permission.
- The company undertakes to protect user privacy and not transfer details to a third party (except for shipping and clearing companies).
- Users may request the deletion of their details from the database via the "Contact Us" page.
- The site strives for continuous availability, but no compensation will be given for malfunctions, "crashes," or service interruptions for maintenance.
Miscellaneous and Jurisdiction
- Ignite may take legal action or block a user who violates the regulations.
- The site reserves the right to update and change the terms of use from time to time.
- The laws of the State of Israel shall apply to these regulations. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the site shall be the competent courts in the Haifa District.
